T-Mobile Netherlands has added extra data for customers who combine mobile and fixed, or have multiple mobile subscriptions at one address. Customers who combine a Basic SIM subscription with a different plan will receive 500 MB of extra data per month. Customers who combine a Go subscription with a different plan will receive 2 GB of extra data per month.

The extra data will be available when the customer combines his or her  subscription with a fixed subscription or with 'mobile benefit'.

T-Mobile NL looks to compete with KPN and VodafoneZiggo

T-Mobile NL said that with the introduction of Customer Benefit, it now goes into competition with KPN and VodafoneZiggo, the two largest players on the telecom market.

Consumers can combine a mobile subscription with a Home subscription from T-Mobile NL and get a discount of up to EUR 12.50 per mobile subscription per month, plus the extra mobile data as described and a choice of discounts on TV channel packages. T-Mobile NL will also offers free speed increases for fixed internet.

Customers will be able to take advantage of Customer Benefit from two subscriptions at the same address. The amount of discount they receive will depend on the number and type of subscription at an address. In this way, customers will receive not only an extra advantage with several mobile subscriptions at one address, but also when combining mobile and fixed subscriptions.

Speed ​​increases for fixed internet

If a T-Mobile customer combines the mobile subscription with internet from T-Mobile Thuis, he or she will receive, for free, higher internet speeds for their Home internet subscription.

T-Mobile NL will offer speeds of 20 Mbps, 50 Mbps and 100 Mbps via DSL. Via fibre, customers can choose from 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps and 200 Mbps and, in some cases, 500 Mbps and 750 Mbps.

TV packages

More TV choice for the Home subscription with TV is also part of T-Mobile Customer Benefit. Customers will get EUR 7.50 worth of credit every month, that it can use for one or more extra TV packages. Customers can choose again each month how this credit should be used for other extra TV packages.

Monthly discount

The more Unlimited subscriptions, the higher the discount with the Customer Benefit offer. Multiple subscriptions concluded after 28 January at one address means more discounts. The discount will amount to at least EUR 2.50 per month and for Unlimited subscriptions, up to EUR 12.50 per month. The discount will also depend on the type of subscription and the number of subscriptions registered with T-Mobile Customer Benefit. A Home subscription will also count towards getting a higher discount.
