HARARE- The ZSE has revised its listing fees with effect from June 2019, in line with both macro dynamics among other dynamics. In an announcement made on the 31st of May the exchange said it is basing its review in line with regional standards and costs incurred by the bourse in the processing of listing application and regulation of the listed entities. The initial listing fees will now be determined by ascertaining 0.05% of the value of security subject to a minimum fee of $15,000 and a maximum fee of $100,000. The table below summarises the new annual fees structure. Elsewhere documents review fees were adjusted as follows, in line with the exchange rate;
